Roshni was going through her appointment letter again and again, the bold letters and small letters everything is the result of her hardwork and dedication of all these years of studying,  late nights or early morning . Every day she woke up be it school time or college days she had one determined goal to achieve Best scores to secure her heart desired position.

And now finally after one week she will join her dream place,  a mother of all business and communication 'X' Name company.

आज मैं ऊपर आसमाँ नीचे

आज मैं आगे ज़माना है पीछे

टेल मी ओ ख़ुदा

अब मैं क्या करूँ

चलूँ सीधी कि उल्टी चलूँ

She can't stop screaming into her pillows. Emotions swirled within her like a tempest, making it impossible to stay still. One moment, she was rolled up in her blanket, seeking comfort and solace in its warm embrace. The next, she was on the floor, overcome with joy, dancing and shaking her hips with wild abandon. It was as if every feeling she had suppressed was now bursting out.

Roshni found herself caught in a whirlwind of emotions. Anger, relief, and a newfound sense of freedom all collided, leaving her breathless. Her room became a sanctuary where she could let go of the expectations and judgments of others. Here, she could be unapologetically herself, expressing every high and low with fervor.

Her impromptu dance was more than just a release; it was an act of liberation. For so long, she had felt trapped by the constraints imposed on her by family and tradition. Now, in the privacy of her room, she danced away the chains, each twirl and sway a declaration of independence. It was a dance of defiance, a promise to herself that she would no longer be bound by others' choices.

Amidst the chaos of her emotions, Roshni realized that she was on the brink of a new chapter in her life, one where she could pursue her dreams on her own terms. The thought filled her with exhilaration, making her feel light and buoyant. Her laughter echoed through the room, a sound as sweet and liberating as the dance itself.

In these moments, Roshni understood that her path was her own to carve. The road ahead might be uncertain, but it was hers to explore, and she was ready to embrace every twist and turn with open arms.

On the other side —

Samrat Suryavanshi was on a mission to turn his study room into a tornado because he was in a much happier mode to do any of his work. He was keep walking from here and there his thoughts clouding her presence creating a disturbance in his late night  work schedule

Samrat Suryavanshi found himself in a rare state of happiness that turned his normally serene study room into a whirlwind of activity. The large oak desk, usually a sanctuary of order and productivity, was now cluttered with papers and books abandoned in his wake. His footsteps echoed through the room as he paced back and forth, his thoughts swirling like a cyclone, each one more distracting than the last.

Caught in this tempest of emotion, Samrat was unable to focus on his usual tasks. The late night hours, typically a time of solitude and concentration, were instead filled with the restless energy that her presence had stirred within him. His heart, usually so disciplined and controlled, was now a cacophony of feelings he struggled to comprehend.

Though he tried to concentrate on the documents before him, his mind kept drifting back to her. She was the muse that had disrupted his carefully constructed world, and despite the chaos she had brought, he found himself unwilling to return to the calm that had once been his comfort. Every thought of her was like a spark, igniting a passion he could neither contain nor dismiss.

As the night wore on, the chaos in the study began to mirror the clarity slowly emerging in Samrat’s heart. He acknowledged that this turmoil, this disruption of his routine, was not something to be feared Instead, he would harness its energy, allowing it to propel him forward into a future shaped not by duty alone, but by the promise of personal fulfillment and happiness.

All the elder Suryavanshi gathered in Dada ji room-

Virendra Suryavanshi

- I think bahu you took this decision too fast .

He was in a internal battle with the decision  of postponing this marriage for 2 - 3 years.

Smriti was sitting on sofa beside Vikram

Vikram- Why dad, i think Smriti did right, you saw the look on Roshni beta face , she was hesitating , she was uncertain with this alliance but the moment my wife announced her decision the look on her face was relieved. I think both Samrat and Roshni should be happy while getting married.

Narayani- But what about the

Coronation of Yuvraj , should we all wait more years now?

She wasn't angry but her point was also valid.

Saksham- Bhai-sa Samrat is 29years old now, if wait it will waste too much time. The public also waiting for this moment but--

Mugdha - Magar manjuri toh Roshni bahu ki bhi honi chaiye na.

She spoke in between,  couldn't tolerate how they are overlooking Roshni’s word.

Smriti- I can assure you Maa -sa and Bapu -sa , she is worth the wait also in 1 year Yuvraj will successfully complete the Dam project everyone waiting for. I think that time will be perfect for his Coronation.

She stated making everyone looking at her in confusion.

Mugdha- But Ji ji , you promised her you will wait for her.

She was confused by her words.

Smriti- I did but also i can't overlook my Duty as Rani- sa , maybe in 1 years she will find herself fulfilled and will be ready balance her professional and personal life.

She was sure about what she was saying.

Saksham smirked, he knew better than anyone in this house,  that The Great Rani-sa of Jaipur can do anything to make  her son The next in line Raja (king). Always protecting him and guiding towards the height of success. SAKSHAM was always envious of smriti and Vikram, like how both of their sons make it big in the Big Market but his own son is disappointing him.

Nayak Always looks different ways to avoid taking part in competition of being the next in line king, always making it impossible to become as cunning and manipulative as him(Saksham)

But this time he will not let go of this opportunity,  that Sharma business is his key to make it big back into the business

His nature is not one of manipulation or cunning, traits that his cousin Saksham seems to possess in abundance. Nayak finds solace in the simpler pleasures of life, cherishing moments of peace and introspection rather than engaging in the ruthless power games that are a staple of royal life.

However, the tides seem to be turning for Nayak. The Sharma business, a lucrative enterprise that has recently come onto the market, presents an unexpected opportunity for him to establish his own legacy. It is a chance for Nayak to step out of the shadows of his royal responsibilities and create something lasting and meaningful on his own terms.

Smriti- Nahi Meghu, it's not like that after one year we will re-think on this and this time we elders will also take part in decision making.

For now Dada sa and dadi sa agreed.

Vikram - Papa main soch raha tha ki, kyu na ek small sa private engagement karwa dete hai , Both the kids will know that their destiny is tied up together for 7 lifetimes.

Dada sa- Ha toh bikul kharee sone sa kari hai tune.

(You have spoken like absolutely true).

Dadi-sa - Call them here in Royal palace tomorrow for lunch, i think it will be better that Roshni will have a tour of her Future home. And this talk of engagement should be done face to face.

Saksham- Indeed. Maa-sa, I will send  rahul kaka to their home to pick them up.

Everyone agreed with this decision for now.

Sunday morning at Raj Palace -

● A Day of Simple Pleasures●

The grandeur of Raj Palace was momentarily set aside every Sunday, as it transformed from a realm of regal formality into a haven of family warmth. It was the one day each week when the royal titles were forgotten, and everyone could simply be themselves, free from the constraints of their noble roles.

Kritagya, Nayak, and Samrat lounged comfortably on the expensive sofa in the grand hall, their usual polished appearances relaxed into a more casual demeanor.

Unencumbered by protocol, they flicked through television channels, their laughter echoing through the otherwise stately room. The smell of popcorn and potato chips mingled in the air, a testament to their indulgence in simple pleasures.

Their casual enjoyment, however, did not go unnoticed. Smriti and Mugdha entered the hall, their expressions a mixture of amusement and mild exasperation. Seeing the trio sprawled unceremoniously, they began a playful scolding, chiding them as if they were children caught in the act of mischief.

-Look at you, Haven’t you all had enough of lounging about? And eating all this junk food!!

Smriti exclaimed, her hands on her hips.

If the royal court could see you now, they’d hardly believe their eyes. Come on, get up and wash up before lunch.

Mugdha joined in, her voice light with affectionate teasing.

Despite the gentle reprimands, there was a warmth in Smriti and Mugdha’s voices that underscored the love and camaraderie shared within the family. The playful banter was a cherished ritual, reminding everyone that beneath the layers of formality and responsibility, they were bound by the simple joys of being together.

On Sundays, the Raj Palace was not just a symbol of royal tradition but a home filled with laughter, teasing, and the unspoken understanding that here, they were just a family. It was a day when the weight of titles was set aside, allowing each member to embrace the comfort and ease of familial bonds.

In these moments, Kritagya, Nayak, and Samrat could revel in the freedom of being themselves, knowing that their worth was not defined by their royal stature but by the love and connection they shared with one another.

Kritagya fakes a shock face

-hawww kya hua kaki-sa , so much angry in the morning. Did you drink your morning recharge chai (Tea) today?

Mugdha pouted- Haa toh, i didn't get it , from the early morning your Baba -sa and Kaka -sa are inside the kitchen, god knows what's going on in there.

Samrat who was listening to their conversation asked in between- why is someone coming today?

Nayak- Rarely they go inside the kitchen, what are they cooking maa?

He asked as he was busy munching on the potato chips while few chips has fallen on his t-shirt.

Mugdha saw it,  that's it he is done now

Kritagya- Bhabi ?? Vo kab paida hogayi ?..... wait BHABI!! KON KISKI KAHA KAISE??

He shouted in dramatic ekta kapoor serial style

Samrat- Yesterday we went to Gupta uncle home , his eldest Daughter is going to be my life partner,  in short your bhabi.

He said it casually but then stood up hurriedly

He turned to smriti- Maa sa--

Smriti nodded - Yes she is coming now go and take a fresh bath, always leave good impressions.

Kritagya - Lagta hai main adopted hu , nobody tells me anything.

He was busy sulking.

Mugdha - Na puttar ji na , Aap toh kohinoor ka heera ho bolo to Shruti ke pass bhejdu?

She teased him referring to her youngest Daughter studying in Scotland.

Kritagya- No!!!!! That irritating monster , we always  bickering, shru is always after me to take my life,

i am going muah - muah bye ladies have fun. And you big bro Maa-sa  And Baba-sa always take your side , never scolded you but now ha ha tables have turned, my bhabi maa will protect me.

He said it in one breathe ,showing three different emotions -angry , sassy and proud.

Smriti watched as her son goes away, and turned her attention towards Mugdha.

- By the way Meghu since when did you started speaking Punjabi?

Mugdha said without thinking twice-

Jiji last night he put on Punjabi movie which i like alot and i ended up watching all three of its parts that's why.

Smriti smirked and nudged her shoulders- Oho... only watch movie or making it too~~~~

Mugdha was momentarily flustered, not quite grasping the implication at first. However, as realization dawned, she quickly brought her pallu up to cover her face.

—Kya, Ji Ji, aap bhi na.I'm old now; I don't indulge like that anymore. I mean, yes, but not in the same way.  Ji Ji, you're evil,”

She laughed softly, trying to maintain her composure. she teased lightly, her tone affectionate.

Nayak - eww maa -sa noo, i already have two siblings- Naitik and Shruti i don't want more.

He complained like a small kid.

Just at the queue Saksham walked in while holding her Favorite tea

- Here you go meri heeriye.

He passed her tea affectionately.

But she was steaming hot now

- Khote ji dekhiye your son is troubling me.

Nayak and Samrat held in their laugh.

Saksham - Bhabi -sa Khote kon hai ??

He was genuinely confused.

She (smriti) was laughing now and wave him off signalling that she is going to her room.

Nayak and Samrat also retreated to their room to change.

Mugdha - i am talking to you  PATI DEV~~~

While drinking the tea

He smiled at her - And i am listening well my wifey.

Then they indulge in heart warming conversation.

                                   ♥︎

At Dining table-

Dada ji - We all are glad that you came with your family on short notice.

He said while eating the lunch.

- Nahi Dada-sa, we also wanted to meet you.

Suresh, maintaining a polite demeanor, addressed his elder, His voice carried a hint of urgency, suggesting there was more beneath the surface that needed to be discussed.

As Suresh continued, the room's atmosphere shifted to one of anticipation. Family members exchanged glances, sensing the gravity of the moment. The elders gathered closer, curious about the undisclosed matter that Suresh was about to reveal.

Narayani- Ji ji Engagement se baat pakka hojayega , and it will be private gathering too.

Roshni dadi nodded her head.

Mugdha was waiting for samrat to come out so that she will give him a mission. BUT after not seeing him she looked at Kritagya.

Mugdha - Kritagya and Nakku goo give a tour of palace to your Bhabi- maa.

Nayak looked at Kritagya and nodded while they both were crossing the stairs , he asked unexpected question.

Kritgaya - Toh aapko hamare  आलसी Suryavanshi ji kaise lage bhabi maa?

He tilt his head towards her.

Nayak too joined from opposite direction

- Yuvraj can be scary person  and lazy too , are you sure huh?

They both were testing her patience.

But she didn't back off.

Roshni- tell me one thing his name is Alsi is because he is taking his time on sunday na?

She asked them in mischievous tone.

They both looked at her and saw a different kind of spark in her eyes.
