Netflix kingdom season 1 Episode 3 - Time-lapse- 32:00
Dani's posture was regal, her back straight and her chin held high. Her eyes, usually warm and inviting, were now hardened with a mixture of anger and suspicion. She was a striking figure, her attire a testament to her royal status, yet it was her unwavering stance that truly set her apart.
Lee Chang's gaze fell upon her, his surprise evident. It was a stark contrast to the wedding day, where she had bowed with grace and dignity, honoring the ceremonial rites. But today, her defiance was clear, a silent protest against the prince who had left her in the dead of night.
Dani’s eyes met Lee Chang’s, and for a moment, the world seemed to narrow to just the two of them.
Her gaze was piercing, questioning the very essence of his intentions—was he truly a savior of the people, or merely a prince driven by personal vendettas of saving his Father?
Lee Chang paused, the weight of her gaze heavy upon him. He knew the questions that lingered in her mind, the doubts that had fueled her defiant stance. In that moment, the past and present collided, a reminder of the night he had chosen duty over union, mystery over certainty.
The place held its breath, the tension between them a palpable force. Dani's defiance was not just a personal affront but a challenge to the very fabric of expectations that bound them. Her stance was a declaration, a refusal to yield to betrayal and uncertainty.
Beom Pal- Dani.... what are you doing bow to him, He is the Crown Prince and your husband. Please it's your Duty.
He whispered to her in hush voice.
Dani looked at her Cousin brother, who was a moment ago displayed his disrespectful words against the Dead People but it was his responsibility as Magistrate to not differentiate between low class and high class people.
Dani- Don't you dare to teach me about my duty, while you can't do yours.
She said to him in warning tone and made sure the Crown Prince heard her.
Won Young- Please Her Royal Highness.
He requested from his place.
Dani took a deep breath, her mind swirling with thoughts about her own worth and the rumors that surrounded her. It was not him she cared about—not his feelings or his abandonment on their wedding night. What pierced her heart was the whispering behind closed doors, the insinuations that she was somehow inadequate, that her lack of allure had driven the crown prince away from the Royal Palace
But still with great difficulty she bowed to Crown Prince and gave him a mocking smile.
As the moment stretched, Lee Chang nodded subtly, and return his attention towards his Bodyguard.
The soldiers went towards the mountain to lit the Fire signal.

Dani was taking care of the injured people, she knew how the treat people with injuries. She learned about it from her Master, who taught her everything about wars and struggles of it.
As she tended to the injured, her hands worked with practiced efficiency, yet her mind was elsewhere. She could feel an intense gaze upon her, a sensation that sent a shiver down her spine. Turning slightly, her eyes fell upon
The Crown Prince,
seated upright with an unreadable expression, his eyes fixed intently on
Her
Her heart skipped a beat, and she suddenly became conscious of her appearance. The aftermath of the previous day's nightmare had left her clothing in tatters—holes peppered her dress, and the sleeves hung in shreds. Dried bloodstains marked her attire, a testament to the violence she had witnessed and endured.
A flush crept up her cheeks as she wondered what thoughts occupied the Crown Prince's mind. Was it disdain he felt, or was there something else hidden in those inscrutable eyes? She quickly averted her gaze, focusing once more on her work, but the awareness of his presence lingered, an invisible thread connecting them across the room.
Despite her self-consciousness, she continued her task, her movements fluid and purposeful. Each person she attended to expressed gratitude, their relief a soothing balm to the chaos that surrounded them. Yet, the Crown Prince's stare remained a constant presence.
She stole another glance in his direction, her curiosity piqued by his silent observation. His posture was regal, yet there was a softness in his eyes that suggested a depth of understanding and perhaps admiration or maybe not.
The room buzzed with the activity of healing and recovery, but for her, time seemed to stand still.
She took a deep breath, allowing herself to rest a bit but then Eunji came to her.
Said something to her and took her in the house/luxury Chamber which is alloted to Magistrate (Beom Pal).
Beom Pal- You go inside sister, you also protected me last night and also take this physician Nurse Seo bi. You should go inside maybe you - Crown Princess needs something but you really don't look like one.
He said to them as he tease Dani.
Eunji laugh Slighty- Yes My Lord, i tried to explain this to Her Highness but she refuses to wear Royal Hanbok, i bought for her.
Dani was offended - Hey are you changing sides now huh, okay fine let's go.
She said as she pulled Eunji with her and gestures to Seo-bi to follow her.

Lee Chang observed Dani with a scrutinizing gaze, his mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions.
As a member of the Haewon Cho clan, Dani was automatically cast under suspicion. The clan's notorious reputation for cunning and treachery preceded them, and Lee Chang knew all too well the dangers they posed to his royal position. Yet, as he watched her, she appeared anything but the villain he had been led to expect.
In the midst of chaos, Dani moved with a calm and gentle grace, A mirror of a dedicated physician. Her hands, though roughened by the trials of time, were tender as they tended to the wounded. Her clothes were torn and slightly ripped, a testament to the struggles she had faced, yet she wore them with an air of dignity. Her smile, warm and genuine, seemed to light up the dreary surroundings, offering comfort to those in need.
Lee Chang felt a storm brewing within him. Was Dani truly the duplicitous figure he had been warned about in his own perspective, donning a facade of compassion to mask her true intentions? Or was she genuinely the kind-hearted healer she appeared to be, offering solace in a world rife with conflict and strife?
His heart battled with his mind, each vying for dominance. The evidence of her kindness was undeniable, yet the shadow of doubt lingered, casting a pall over his thoughts. In this moment of introspection, he questioned whether his perceptions were clouded by prejudice or if Dani's actions were indeed a testament to her true nature.
As he stood there, watching Dani, he realized that the answers he sought might not come easily. It was a puzzle that demanded careful consideration, one that would require him to look beyond the surface and into the depths of a heart that seemed to defy the expectations set by her lineage.

The mirror reflected a version of myself that was both familiar and new—an image of someone who stood between the comfort of the past and the uncertainty of the future. My eyes lingered on my reflection--

Pinterest.
I had just finished tending the people, feeling a sense of accomplishment and relief. I am wearing a lightweight royal silk hanbok, the fabric flowing gracefully around my form.
My hair, still damp, cascaded down till my hips, the strands catching the light as i leaned forward to scrutinize her reflection in the mirror.
As I freshened up, my wet hair cascaded down my back, each strand glistening with droplets of water. I wanted it to be open and free, embracing the natural elegance.
Suddenly, the door opened, and
My heart skipped a beat.
Crown Prince( Lee Chang )entered the room, his presence commanding and undeniable. He wore only his hanbok pants, his upper body exposed save for a thin robe draped over his shoulders.
I couldn't help but notice the wounds on his chest and shoulders—marks that spoke of battles fought and yet to be healed.
Enuji, my loyal servant /Friend,
followed closely behind, her eyes alight with a playful mischief.
Eunji announced - Her Highness, you must tend to the Crown Prince's wounds immediately. We, as mere servants, cannot touch him.
Her tone both respectful and teasing.
With a knowing smirk, Enuji exited the room, leaving me alone with him.
My stupid heart raced at the suggestion, understanding her intentions all too well. She hoped to see us, the couple grow closer, perhaps even to bridge the gap that seemed to linger between them.
I was hesitated, my eyes meeting
Lee Chang's.
I could see the vulnerability in his gaze, a silent plea for help. Despite the formality of their relationship, there was an undeniable connection that pulsed beneath the surface, urging me to step forward and offer medical care.
Taking a deep breath, I gathered my courage. As i approached him cautiously, my fingers deftly preparing the medicinal herbs and bandages she would need.
Dani- I have to remove your Robe, if you don't mind, Your Royal Highness.
I told him firmly.
He didn't look at me but was looking at the celling and nodded.
How Polite Gentleman he is.
*sarcasm*
As i started to treat his wounds, i could feel the tension in the room shift, the air thick with unspoken words.
I worked silence, the touch gentle yet assured. The intimacy of the moment was palpable, the boundary between duty and affection blurring with each careful movement. As i applied the soothing balm to his wounds, he hissed a little but controlled his expression.
I couldn't help but feel a sense of tenderness for the man before me—a prince burdened with the weight of the crown, yet vulnerable in this private space.
I was carefully cleaning the wound on his jaw and neck area, when he let out a small hiss, suddenly grabbing my side waist as the pain became too much to bear. His jaw bore a slight cut, and I applied a soothing herbal gel cream, gently blowing on it to ease the sting.
As I met his gaze, I saw vulnerability reflected in his eyes, glistening with unshed tears. Unable to control my emotions, I placed my right hand on his shoulder for support and tenderly wiped away the tears from his eyes with my fingers, delicate and comforting.
In that shared moment, the tender act of wiping his tears felt like a vow—a vow to stand by him through the trials that lay ahead, no matter how daunting they might be.
His hand slithering around my waist
but he didn't pulled me towards him but just frozen in his position.
My breath became abnormal as my chest is rising and fallen faster.I was on my knees infront of him, and the rising and falling of my chest is not helping the situation at all. His face was close to my neck and chest area, i can feel his hot breath on my bare skin around neck causing goosebumps to erupt.
He watched me, his eyes softening with gratitude and something deeper, a warmth that mirrored her own.
His gaze fallen on my lips and then travel again to my eyes, my breath got stuck in my throat. He leaned forward while pushing his flesh against me.
Our lips were just mere inches away--
Fin..
